Silk Screen signage can achieve accurate printing by using precise PMS values. On the other hand, digitally printed signage relies on CMYK values and may exhibit slight color variations. These minor differences should be deemed acceptable and not classified as production errors. Our team leverages our expertise and years of experience to ensure the correct color output for each print. If color accuracy is crucial for your project, we recommend contacting us in advance and opting for a press proof to achieve the desired look.

Proofing design and errors related to website users.

At Gomb Marketing, we take great pride in delivering consistent quality, accuracy, and speed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please inform us promptly. We are more than willing to reprint your order at no additional cost if necessary. However, it is important to notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your signs and return the product to us if requested. Please note that if you have ordered more than 2 of the same item, we will only replace them if the error is on our part or the fault of Gomb Marketingmarketing.com or employees of Gomb Marketing, Inc. Reprints due to errors made by you, the user, are limited to two items and may not always be printed and shipped free of charge. Regarding uploaded images, please be aware that Gomb Marketing, Inc. is not responsible for the quality of the images you upload for printing. As image quality can vary significantly, we recommend emailing any files you are unsure about to our customer service. We will provide the best advice possible, understanding that the definition of “acceptable” standards can vary from person to person. Generally, industry standards consider 72 DPI (dots per inch) to 150 DPI as good quality when viewed from approximately 3 feet away. We can offer a second professional opinion to assist you, but the final decision to proceed with a print will always be yours.

Duration of Production

Gomb Marketing understands the need for us to be dependable and reliable for you, the customer. We will work hard to meet the scheduled delivery time. our successful delivery time rate is in excess of 98% of all orders. Though each item has varying production times based upon complexity of manufacture and total square feet, along with variables like decals that are individually cut, we will do everything in our power, every time, to achieve your desired “in-hand date”

Factors that may impact the scheduled delivery dates

a) If we identify any obvious errors in the orders you submit, we will promptly notify you. It is crucial that you respond promptly to avoid any potential delays in your delivery date, as we will not be able to provide any financial recourse in such cases. b) In the event that changes need to be made to your submitted orders, we will make every effort to meet your delivery date. However, the complexity of the change and your response time in approving the final changes will determine if this is achievable. c) Incorrect or undeliverable addressing will certainly impact the delivery date. In such cases, UPS or the USPS may impose additional fees, which will be your responsibility if the mistake is on your end. d) If a raw input item is on backorder, there is a possibility that your delivery date may be missed. We will promptly inform you of this situation. At Gomb Marketing, we maintain a substantial inventory worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. However, on rare occasions, it may be necessary to fulfill an order with stock that we currently do not have. If this jeopardizes the delivery date, we will notify you so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed. e) We place great importance on Quality Control. Occasionally, during a print run, print heads may malfunction. If we discover that an item has failed our quality check and this poses a risk to your delivery date, we will immediately inform you. You will then have the opportunity to determine the best course of action. f) Once an item leaves our facilities, it is entrusted to one of our shipping partners, such as UPS, USPS, R & L Freight, or Fedex. Unless you have opted for expedited delivery, the delivery date is not guaranteed in the event that the shipper encounters any of the following conditions: refusal or unavailability of the recipient to accept the shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, actions taken by public authorities with actual or apparent authority, actions or omissions of customs or similar authorities, compliance with legal requirements, inadequate information provided by the customer, improper packaging of Hazardous Materials, the application of government-imposed security regulations, riots, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and/or Reimbursements.

All signs are custom made to order. No Refunds will be issued. In the event that Gomb Marketing and the customer come to an agreement for a refund, the customer is responsible for returning the products to Gomb Marketing at their own expense. Upon receiving and reviewing the returned items, a credit will be issued to the Gomb Marketing Store.
